Help me to understand this thinking by the South Korean government..there were 23 hostages taken by the Taliban but they refuse to take action and will let the innocent hostages die(who incidently were there illegaly)..one was just killed earlier this morning and more will die soon...is an occupation more important then 22 human lives?
