I am kind of in a tough spot. Engram is questionable, have considered grabbing another TE (Stranges and Pitts are the guys I am looking at) and dropping one of my bench players. Current team:
QB: B. Nix (QB/DEN)
RB: K. Williams (RB/LAR)
RB/WR: J. Conner (RB/ARZ)
WR: N. Collins (WR/HOU)
TE: E. Engram (TE/DEN)
FLEX: A. Jones Sr (RB/MIN)
D/ST: MIN
K: C. Little (K/JAX)
BE: M. Golden (WR/GB)
BE: K. Shakir (WR/BUF)
BE: C. Williams (QB/CHI)
QB: Nix is still a strong favorite over Williams I think... Even though Williams technically did better last game. Hard to drop Williams after one week, but it's also the Bears.
RB: Conner and Jones Sr are becoming 50/50 RBs, am I in a tough spot and needing to grab either Benson or Mason?
WR: Is Golden worth holding onto? Do I need to be patient with him given GB's lack of a true #1 target (maybe other than TE Kraft)? I think given Josh Allen's current offensive make up, Shakir makes sense to hold onto. He and Coleman should always be getting targeted.
TE - Stranges is a decent option for Lawrence with the new group in Jacksonville, and Lawrence always needs a good guy to rely on to move the chains. Or do I go for Pitts Sr (can't believe I am saying this, but the chemistry is there with Penix).
There are plenty of options out there in waivers, guys like the TEs mentioned above, WR Q. Johnston, RB D. Sampson, A. Rodgers (over Williams)?
Would love some opinions and perhaps stats to back it up if you have them. It's also week 1 and I could be overthinking it. I lost the first week becaues of Bo Nix and Nico Collins having terrible outings, for context.
