Also, Andersson sticking around for most of the season could limit Parekh’s opportunities a bit. The flames might want to inflate Andersson’s value a bit - which could mean a spot on PP1 is reserved for him.

Based on how they've used Wolf and Coronato, I have little reason to think they won't ease Parekh into regular action and then turn him loose on PP1 by the end of October or early November. If it's clear he's the best option, there is no reason to stifle him on the offensive side of the puck.
