I've actually read arguments that long term grass pitches are cheaper to maintain than turf, because turf must be replaced every 10 years.

Looks pretty good in April and amazing from May - September but when it gets to the fall they struggle, mostly in the South end as they lose the sun. Any decent amount of snow with temperatures below 0 and that area is cooked. Weather has cooperated for the last few years.
Also Lake Escalante keeps trying to return with a vengeance.
