When I look at the current top 20, most of them have plateaued and Shelton is the only player that pops out as having enough weapons to challenge them but he's behind them in development and still needs to make some improvements in his game. Draper as well but his glass body holds him back.

I would add Joao Fonseca to this list, he just needs some more time to get acclimated to the ATP Tour and build up his body to stand the rigors of professional tennis.
