Yeah and in general he puts a lot of weight to it an org has a top tier prospect
These were his comments about Zayne
The big issue with Parekh is his play away from the puck. He gives half-efforts at times defensively and doesn't engage physically. This season his offense hasn't been so elite as well to counterbalance the way he plays. He still projects as a legit top-four defenseman in the NHL who could potentially run a first-unit power play.
In contrast here is what Wheeler says
Parekh is one of the most talented prospects in the sport and has the potential to be an offensive game-changer. He might even be in a special tier offensively.
also believe he defends at a high enough level to be given free rein to go out there and be himself offensively. Though his defense has been a common criticism among scouts at times, I’d argue he has a great stick (which is long and which he hides really well until an opportunity to be disruptive presents itself) and reads the play at a high level in anticipation.
So yeah Pronman just isn’t as high on him. Pronman has a weird love for Yakemchuk
