I'm going to guess that Pronman puts the Flames at #9.
He isn't as high on some of the Flames prospects, and seems to be more skeptical of smaller guys. And we have to keep in mind this is not a ranking of farm systems, but rather, any player in an organization under 23 years.

So Coronato should be included but not Zary or Wolf or for that matter Jeremie Poirier, or Yan Kuznetzov.
