Others might know better than me, but I would assume figuring out where the AC drain is at the bottom and seeing if forcing pressured air from the bottom can clear the clog (vs going from the top and potentially just jamming it tighter and further down the drain pipe).

It's possible some lubricant from the top to help facilitate moving the clog might be helpful though. Hopefully it's not like sap that has glued itself to the inside of the drain. Definitely look up youtube videos of your exact car for that fix/cleaning to make the attempt more successful. Good luck!
