I think he's the ####s even when he's doing well because he pitches like he has the yips at all times.

He is different than most. His stuff moves so much so I think he needs to have his "feel" or pitches that should be on the edge are meatballs or 6 inches off the plate. He needs to live on the edges and have a good mix of pitches working. When he does, he is a solid #2. When he does not, he's a 4 or 5, making him probably a low end 2 or high end 3 which is...fine.
