I'm talking about general pain, suffering, and inconvenience. I understand that an injured party could go and get all the physio and massages they need (or whatever is required). But you know...there is also that ongoing issue of having to do that, not being able to do the things you like doing, and that is someone else's fault. You should be able to get some financial compensation in that case.
