I dunno. By asking why "men dancing in feminine ways" are at the job and asking who that is for makes it clear you believe cheerleaders exist solely to be objectified by straight men and nothing else. It's leads one to believe you'd perhaps allow for men who dance in masculine ways to have the job as "who they're for" would ostensibly be straight women. To answer your poorly posed question: I suppose it's for the people who are hiring and building cheerleader squads for their teams. This of course assumes cheerleaders have some value to society outside of being sexual objects who exist to distract from the game. Perhaps this is where opinions on who they're for differ.

Fun fact: almost every single college in America has male cheerleaders. They're almost half of all cheerleaders that exist. I wonder who they're for
