I'll be as nostalgic for the dome as the next guy (iconic part of the skyline), but the actual building sucks in many ways. Bathrooms, ridiculous lines crossing the concourse which then run into other lines so there is no flow, not an escalator to be found anywhere, very few bars/restaurants, etc., etc.
I am hopeful that having more than 1 concourse will make for a great improvement. I am hopeful that the seating bowls are as advertised and will be steep and create an intimidating environment. The rest? It will be up to the season ticket holders in most respects. I get it will be more expensive and possibly price some out of the market, but that is already the case with the dome.
