Will the European leaders that are lobbying Trump to avoid Ukraine from ceding territory replace the American military funding? I don't think so. The only way this ends is if Russia get to keep what they've taken.
U.S. military aid has helped, but the will of the Ukrainian people and their desire to not be destroyed can't be underestimated. It's not really funding at this point, but personnel that's the real bottleneck. The funding is more of a stop gap measure to allow Ukraine to buy time and prevent Europe from having to escalate the war to a place no one wants it to go. Allowing Russia to invade, occupy, and annex other countries isn't an option for Europe.

If the U.S. pulled support for Ukraine, the next step would be European countries sending in actual personnel to defend Ukraine, and not just throwing money at it. If the North Korean military taking part in the occupation of a European country isn't a red line, then a country like France sending in their military into unoccupied Ukraine (invited) isn't either, something which France already hinted they could do if requested. It's really not in anyone's best interests to just let Europe handle it.
