We're only halfway through TAR:Canada, but it's already time to start thinking about the next season of the flagship.
Yesterday, CBS announced the next season of The Amazing Race will be premiering on September 25, after Big Brother... because it's going to feature a bunch of former Big Brother people. It will move to its regular time slot the following week, after Survivor. The episodes will continue to be 90 minutes long.
Every team will feature at least one former Big Brother contestant and one will have two former Big Brother contestants. If you want any information about any of that nonsense, don't ask me. I do not care about Big Brother, so I hope it doesn't become a dominant storyline throughout the race. As far as I'm concerned, it's just a bunch of random nobodies like every previous race.
This story has a small write-up on the teams:

There will be 13 teams this season, so we have 13 open spots for the pool. If you'd like to participate, post your interest below.
