Exactly right. And you are starting to see that pay off already in theory.
Bader suggests that the Flames have a long list of players with star potential, each with about a 10% probability of reaching that. But they have enough on that list that they should net 1-2 stars out of that group (this is beyond Zayne and Reschney who he already projects to be stars).
