LOL. Imagine paying $120k for a vehicle to have it deactivated in the middle of the freeway because the company didn't like your rap music. "COMPLY WITH CEASE AND DESIST TO RE-ACTIVATE". This can't be legal, right?

I'm gonna assume there is a lot more to the story, because if this is all there is, that's ####in' whack.
