Just finished it last night. Loved it.

Spoilers:
I knew the whole Snape killing Dumbledore was a set up! I just couldn't accept that Snape wanted to help Voldemort, not after Snape continually did his best to save Harry's ass. It was kind of neat that Rowling did it in such a way as to make Harry understand that he was the unsung hero of the whole thing. Loved it.

It was pretty awesome that Harry finished off Voldemort, too... or I guess you could say, Voldemort finished off himself when his spell got deflected back at him. Pretty climatic battle between the two, and I was effing glad to see that Hagrid didn't die. Kind of sucked that Fred, Tonks and Lupin did, though.. and Dobby, and Mad-Eye for that matter.

Ahh well. Definitely bummed out that this is the last of the series. I think I read my first Harry Potter book (which was actually Prisoner of Azkaban) when I was about 12 or 13, and pretty much grew up reading adoringly for the last 8 or 9 years. J.K Rowling did say in an interview that she hasn't closed the door to possibly writing more in the future, mind you, but I'm sure she's going to want to sit back and chill for a couple years or so, anyway. One can hope, at least, that there will be more. Still, I'm kind of bummed out, myself.
