Elon idiocy aside, autonomous driving will be the norm sooner or later.
Humans are terrible drivers and with cell phone distraction and general disregard for others, it seems to be getting worse.
Commercial vehicles going driverless makes sense for massive economic reasons as well.
This will be a thing whether Tesla leads it or someone else.
