I doubt anyone would label him a prospect anymore. Is he a fit on the Flames right now? Probably not without moving someone out.
I do think he is a buy low candidate. His numbers got a pretty significant bump after the Cozens trade. His ice went up to the 16 mins a game range and he had 11 points in the last 17 games.
His PK numbers look good too and he isn't that small and likes to throw the body too. Might end up being a 3rd liner, but 2nd line center isn't out of the question. Local kid, maybe if we added him now and signed him long term, it would be a value contract.
If Conroy has something else brewing with a forward out, I would love to see Krebs added.
