It's probably more common than you think.
Danielson for example had a very reminiscent D+0 and D+1 as a guy like Mark Scheifele.
1.22 pts/g vs 1.19 pts/g
He's a guy who I think projects quite safely as a 40 point middle six center with the potential for quite a bit more.
