Can someone explain to me how the High School team won, even though they only made less than $100 more than the higher-education team? Surely they should have subtracted the cost of their trip to Vegas promotion from their total, right? It's especially ironic that their team is called "Net Worth" but they only won based on gross revenue, not net profits.
If I remember right, they sold about 50 burgers more than the losing team and at $5 a burger, that's about $250 right there. About 180 burgers versus 130 for the losers.

I would assume the promotion cost of tickets came from that. Getting cheap tickets from a guy in an apartment with dogs that pee on the legs of the customers probably pulled the price down!!

good point, they did quite a few more burgers than the dollar difference...but usually they point out in the board room that they are deducting expenses

do you really think these burgers cost 5 bucks US? wow. you are probably right, but they better be good burgers
