I go to about 8-10 Wranglers games per season with my son and I would second this. I am no scout, but when we go he is usually the least effective Dman in red most games we go to and appears, to my eyes, to get bottom pairing minutes for the team. He seems to be pretty good down low in the corners and defending the rush but he doesnt do much else at a noticeably high level out there. If guys like Hurtig and Jamieson are going to play any time soon it will likely be Gru moving out/down to make more room.
