This is how fascist governments start. It won't be long before it is illegal to insult Dear Leader, and comment negatively on any subject they decide. The courts will follow, so no help there. Punishment will rise to public executions to prove they mean it. Matt and Trey will have to leave the country if they want to continue, and even then Trump would use international pressure to silence them.
