Guaranteed when showing this episode to Paramount execs, they were asked to change things and they just say "Air this as is, or we release it for free." Like, do you understand who you're talking to?

I'm guessing Stone and Parker forced a pretty liberal contract as far as creative control goes with Paramount.
The only way I see them getting shut down is if they've signed some kind of exclusivity clause or contract that gives Paramount control of the South Park IP until the promised 50 episodes are complete.
