90% of the time my Canoe travels between my garage and a river or lake in Alberta. I clean/drain/dry my boat. If we don't have invasives in Alberta, I'm not transporting them. Ridiculous cash grab.

Also, by the definition of watercraft they ask about in the survey you're going to charge everybody floating their inflatable exploder 200 on the Bow because it's being used to navigate a body of water. LOL.
