I don't know. It seems fair.
Until Farabee re-establishes he can produce, even to a modest degree, he likely is not a positive asset at this cap rate. Though the rising cap helps to some degree.
Mews is realistically a B prospect. He has some tantalizing upside, but there are gobs of these offensively minded dmen, and only the very best make it. You certainly could not call him an A prospect. Big upside. Big risk. That's a B.
