The Morton vs. King debate is a good one I think, as there's a 4th line center spot open for someone to grab.
Both had pretty similar production in college and have arrived to the pros as undrafted college free agents. Both are of similar builds physically, so really no distinction there.
Morton has the edge coming into camp, with a really solid first season in the AHL under his belt, and one game at the end of the year in the NHL to whet his appetite.
However, if you're looking for the qualities of a prototypical 4th line center, the better long term prospect is likely King. I think a season or two in the AHL and he'll have a great shot at locking that spot down with the big club long term.
