What Chelsea are doing is verging on ridiculous with them signing another massive batch of players this summer. they have so many players they will never use. They do sell on one out of every few players they stockpile, but they have destroyed so many careers with second rate loans, having players who would otherwise be stars on second tier premier league clubs play for really poor teams in spain italy and france and not develop to their full potential or worse yet waste away in their bomb squad.

I think the prem should institute a limit on outgoing loans the same way they have a limit on incomings.

Really nip this multi club ownership thing in the bud - that would take away half the power from it, still have transfers to clamp down on but would be a start. The current measures are comical. You have a small Palace getting banned from europe for having one owner with 1/4 board votes own another club, that they've never done business with directly and has since even sold his shares well before the UEFA cup even started, and then you have the fat heroin smuggling pig at Forest pretending to put his shares in a blind trust like he's not controlling the club getting a free pass, while doing dodgy transfer deals with related clubs over and over again. Nevermind the red bull teams playing against each other etc, it sure always looks like the big boys never get penalized and then they selectively make an example of the small community based clubs.
