You don't actualy have to have a drivers licence to own/register/insure a vehcile. The one thin you WILL have to do is name someone to be a driver on the policy. In turn, the policy will be rated for that person.

It happens rather frequently. Ei. Boyfriend has terrible credit, girlfriend has great credit but no drivers licence. G/f buys the car/policy, names b/f as driver and all is good.
