As posted here is the situation

Toronto has been moving cap next year for cap this year.
Because one of those deals was sent with a condition instead of being properly processed (for 8M next year) they have now exceeded the amount of cap you are allowed to send for next year by 950K

They used the cap acquired this year to bid and sign UFA players in Batch 2.

Should we allow those deals to stand or invalidate them?
