My uncle has it and so did my ex-wife.
My girlfriend has a shellfish allergy and carries an EpiPen. She’s also able to have food that’s been in the same fryer as shrimp, cross-contamination isn’t a worry there like it is for a real celiac. The only thing an EpiPen does for a celiac is weigh down their purse. It isn’t a competition; both suck ass, but it is way easier to get glutened by accident, and there’s nothing you can do to mitigate it when it does happen.

I have no idea what you're trying to say. I am making fun of people that think they're affected by gluten when they really have no idea because they've never actually been truly tested.
