OK so we have a GM who's offers came into the league at 6:20 PM Calgary time.
They have a screen shot, from their phone, that shows they sent it at 11:12 AM this morning.

Do we honor the offers or not?
I am not going to say what offers it impacts, I want people to provide input and vote without knowing that.
