I see Wigginton as a bench guy - spelling Phillips and Cano at 1st and 2nd. I don't know why TB would want Proctor but after watching the Yanks pound out 24 runs in a double header today, I can see why they would need him. I feel bad for TB - they have some good young talent on that team and absolutely 0 pitching.
