Everyone is welcome to have their opinion. Some people have valid points that we will never rebuild, and they might get mad that some of us bring it up.

My opinion is as a fan, you should want your team to be held to a high standard. I'm not going to pretend everything is great with the team direction if I see a path to improve it.

We have always done the same thing, and ownership mindset has been since the 2004 season that you can sneak in and who knows what happens after that. While this is true, and teams do catch fire from time to time (like Montreal when they went on a run, or St Louis), this is not a path for sustained success.

We all want the same thing, for them to win. I think the only way we will win a cup is if we commit more to a rebuild. Some people think retooling on the fly could work, I don't see a lot of examples of that working without having elite players. But I can see the other side of the argument.

We can technically have less success as an organization if we turn into Buffalo. There is always the possibility a rebuild does not work.
