Now my MIL has decided she no longer needs the number so I am trying to remove it from my account.
3 times I have been online waiting to cancel a number that is no longer used.
Numbers in the 150's or people waiting in the que only to have the chat expire and a useless transcript sent to me.
At this point I might just pull the sim card and leave the number on my account.

Just went through this with Rogers and my internet/TV. Log in to chat and then go do other things while it counts down, except that it times out after a unbelievably short amount of time.
