We have to be blunt about what he's produced at each level, and since his draft year. I know he was a project, but it seems as though he's not progressing to where they imagined he would be by now. It's not going in the right direction for him to be a top 6 player, and so I think the best case scenario is a solid and smart 3rd line player. But I also have real concerns that he won't make the league at all on a full time basis.

...and hey, I could be wrong. He did look pretty good in training camp last year, but so do lots of other borderline players (remember Ty Rattie was going to be the next big thing in Edmonton?). Then the real season hit and he looked pretty mediocre to terrible.

I think what I'm actually saying is there are about 9-10 prospects that look a lot better in our system, which is a good thing, and why I don't worry too much about whiffing on that pick (if that even happens). I have Honzek around 10-11, but it's mostly because there's lots of legitimate talent in the system.
We're rating prospects.

Having different opinions on different players is to be expected. Suggesting one will be a bad look, and claiming a bias, simply because you don't agree with those posters, is just weird and pointless.
