No, I think a first was certainly involved. But it wasn’t the Flames own first, for very obvious reasons.
And, if that’s not what you meant, then you misunderstood the string of discussion leading into your post. As, if it was an offer sheet, it would be the Flames 1st. Not any extra 1sts they acquired. Their own probably Lottery pick.
