Good piece by Andrew Chang about Trump constantly threatening tariffs and then backing down at the last minute.

Also some good bits about the so-called "deals" he apparently made with the UK and Vietnam, which aren't really deals at all, as there's nothing actually signed and none of the countries involved have released official documentation about it.
