For me, I went Reschny. I like him for two reasons:

1. Reschny’s draft NHLe beat every other Flames’ forward prospect’s draft NHLe and draft +1 NHLe. Only Kerins’ draft +2 NHLe is better.

2. Reschny also raised his production in the playoffs. His U18 numbers were also quite solid.

The only other prospect I seriously considered was Brzustewicz, whom I will be voting 3rd. Brzustewicz’s draft +1 NHLe was very impressive, beating out every forward prospect’s draft +1 NHLe (for those who have had a draft +1 season).

Brzustewicz also looked very solid in his NHL debut and was excellent in the second half of his rookie AHL season.
