Are there any teams with offer-sheet eligible players that are in a tough spot cap-wise right now? I’m looking for ones that would not cost more than a 2nd round pick in compensation but it would be enough for the targeted team to not be able to match (like the Oiler-Blues last year).
I’m wondering is there any quality out there that the flames could take advantage of.
