Which bandaids should have have ripped off sooner? When Conroy became GM he had basically 11 veterans who maybe could have been traded. He had 2 other vets that had full NMC’s and cannot be moved.
He traded 7 of them in the next 12 months.
He re-signed one of them.
He has kept 3 of them, but looks like he might trade one of them soon. Out of the 3 vets left that he can trade (Rasmus, Weegar, Coleman).
Should he have traded Coleman and Weegar as well? What is the bandaid that should have been ripped off and how should it have been? Detailed explanations of where they erred I think would be helpful.
