It sounds like Conroy is working on moving Andersson, but he probably really is serious about starting the season with him if the Flames' ask isn't met. Looking at the top available UFAs, there aren't going to be a lot of high end guys available at the trade deadline, as most UFA D are on teams that will be in the playoff picture.
There should likely be a decent market for Rasmus as a deadline rental, so Conroy can afford to be patient if he doesn't get a strong offer.
