The long bones of the limbs usually stop growing by the time a boy is 18. The vertebrae can keep going a little longer, often until the early twenties. It's quite possible Reschny adds another inch or so to his height, mostly in his torso.

I myself grew an inch and a half, very slowly, after I was 18, but my inseam and sleeve length remained exactly the same.
