Kinda following the same trajectory too. If I recall Backlund didn't put up big offensive numbers in his first 5 seasons and the Flames signed him to low AAV contracts around 2-3 years.
Could become a rock on the PK and good support for up and coming prospects.

Frost doesn't have the greatest of shots, but he appears more gifted with his hands than Backlund is or ever was.
