52cm Zig Zag - but fits like a M/L

I am 5'9" and it is too big for me. I would say a person that is 5'10" to 6' would fit this best. It fits like a 55/56cm.

New crankset, chain, rear derailleur, brakes, rotors, tires, wheelset... works perfect and ready to go. Apex 10 speed, JuinTech brakes, suspension post (Ali knock off but works fine).

Top tube is dented. It's steel and therefore not structurally compromised. The frame was previously built up with different groupset and has 1434 km on it, about a thousand after the dent. You can see photos here: https://www.kijiji.ca/v-view-details...dId=1720049236

$1,200 OB. Only trade I would consider is for a cargo bike.
