Both those guys were pretty inconsequential for Tampa. It was Florida really who unlocked their potential. Every team takes flyers on projects. Sometimes it works out, but most of the time is doesn't. I certainly am hoping the best for Pelletier because he seems like a genuinely good guy, but I don't put any special importance on Tampa making this move over any other team signing any other former 1st round project and hoping for the best.
