As for Samoskevich, you're right about the OS ineligibility.
I do wonder if the Panthers would do something like Rodrigues + Samoskevich for Pospisil and Miromanov. Gives them some wiggle room, and we could use Rodrigues as a guy that can move up and down the lineup, and flipped at the TDL next season. If we prefer Pospsil over Samoskevich, then just do Miromanov for Rodrigues straight up.

Not sure why they would want Miromanov.
Samoskevich would have many teams interested, so the Panthers can do much better. Same for Rodrigues.
