Lots of cap stressed teams out there, some with rfas that might be ripe for offer sheets.

Sasmoskevich from Florida is an example. Florida has blown their wad to keep the core intact. So if you went and offered $4m+ and on have to give up a 3rd, would Florida be able to match?

Have to wonder if there are some scenarios like this out there that we can take advantage of.

Interested if there are other players out there that might be good achievable targets out there that others might know of.
