How are we measuring this? Over what time period?
There's a pretty good chance if it's the next 8-10yrs as a time period, and the criteria of success is average:
1. Make the playoffs 4-5times
2. Win 2-3 rounds
Feels like young guns 2.0 right now...no stars...CAD dollar down...ownership spending down...missed the playoffs 3yrs straight, but still ignoring the draft.
History doesn't repeat, but it sure rhymes.
