No point in taking a garbage return from Vegas. Trade him wherever/whenever and who cares at this point if he is showcased for a trade or not. Let him sign a 6 year deal wherever he wants next year instead of 8 now.
IF he is being difficult to deal with the org can be difficult to deal with moving forward as well. They should do what is best for the flames and that is playing young players and giving them the minutes and opportunities. If Andersson loses some value next summer because of it then so be it.

I agree. If he plays hardball and says, Vegas. The Flames need to play hardball, get the 6-team NT list, and trade Andersson for the biggest return they can get from the other 25 teams. I think there should be a huge market with the potential UFAs coming off the market.
